The business remained in the Eberhart family for decades under the leadership of Paul's son, Ron Eberhart, who continued the tradition of value, quality, and dependability. In 2012, ownership transitioned to Sue Shepard Schmidt, who successfully guided the company through its next chapter while preserving the values that customers had come to expect.

Following another ownership transition in 2023, Brad and Tara Pickett became the owners of Eberhart Sign & Lighting in 2026. Today, they continue to build upon the company's nearly 90-year legacy by investing in the future while remaining committed to the craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service that have defined Eberhart since its founding.
